• We are sure you will be happy with your FlashGels products, but if you aren't, we can accept returns for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Please note that the product must be new and unused in order to be eligible for return. 
  

If you would like to initiate a return request, please click the Returns link at the bottom of the page and complete the form. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the items back then a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days.
